<{i did this during homeroom!!! haha!!!}>

Today, i saw him smile. a breathtaking smile.

Though, not for me. For someone else.

I was looking at him smiling, with tears in my eyes

and a heart-wrenching pain in my heart.

A pain of knowing that that smile, and his heart...

would never ever be mine.

Bakit yung iba, ang bilis kong palitan. Bakit sila, hindi ko iniiyakan. Bakit kapag iba, wala akong pakialam. Pero bakit kapag ikaw na, ang hirap mong kalimutan. =(

It's hard to choose someone to love, but the hardest part of loving is to admit that you have fallen in love with someone you didn't mean to love from the start.

I was told not to hurt the heart of whom I love so much. But when I was so busy taking care of that heart, I never noticed my own was slowly dying.

It is really painful to say goodbye to someone you don't want to let go, but it is even more painful to ask the person to stay even if you can never make it work out the way it should be.

Behind my smiles are my kept tears. Behind my jokes are my hidden problems. Hindi man ako laging tunay na masaya, sana, andyan ka lang kapag hindi ko na kaya.

Isa ka sa mga taong malapit dito sa puso ko. Pero tulad nila, bihira ka lang magparamdam, makaalala kasi ang tanging inaalala at pinahahalagahanan mo ay siyang nandyan sa puso mo.

By some mischief of fate, we might only truly fall in love once. You know that one great love old folks refer to. Many lovers may get into our lives but there is only one person with that one smile, one kiss, one hug and one moment, that our hearts will never replace. That person, usually but sadly, is the one that got away. That's why after all the chips are down, we know, we just know, we'll never fall in love that way again.

A great love? It's when you shed tears and still you care for him, it's when he ignores you and still you long for him. It's when he begins to love another and yet you still smile and say I'm happy for you.

It hurts to let go of someone for a reason you can't explain but it would hurt even more if one day, you will cross paths again and you realize you're in love with that person and wishing you didn't give up.

I found the right guy, gave the perfect love. It was the right time. Everything was perfect except for one thing. For him, I wasn't the perfect girl and I wasn't even close to being the right one. =(

Mahirap palang lumimot ng taong ayaw mong kalimutan. Mahirap palang saktan ang taong ayaw mong masaktan. Pero mas mahirap palang ituring na kaibigan ang taong mahal mo pala!

If love fails, set yourself free, let your heart spread its wings and fly again. Remember you may find love and lose it, but when love dies, you never have to die with it.

There comes a time when we have to stop loving someone not because that person has stopped loving us but because we have found out that they'd be happier if we let go.

Many believe that love is forever, that love never dies, only to be disillusioned in the end when we find our hands empty and our hearts longing. We mistakenly have looked at love as a need to be fulfilled, but love is only a gift given to us. We should not hold it in our hands, for we may never find the strength to let it go when it decides to leave. We should only embrace its warmth and glow while it lasts and freely open our arms when it's time to say goodbye.

We don't look for love because it's lonely to be watching movies alone, because it's sad to eat meals on your own, because it's nice to cuddle up with someone on rainy days. We look for love because we want to be accepted, for the sloppy ways we dress, for the clumsy way we eat our meals, for bad hair days and for the simplicity in us. Love is an act of acceptance, that with all our imperfections, we are accepted and loved.

Being in love is like jumping off a building, in the beginning you don't care about anything and just enjoying the ride, it is the sudden stopping that hurts.

There are 3 special people in one's life: 1. Someone we love but have to hate. 2. Someone we hate but can't live without. 3. Someone we can't live without but have to let go.

Perhaps the saddest but most lovable thing that could happen to you is when you're talking to your ex a day before his wedding and he tells you, "This could have been us."

While you gave her flowers, you gave me thorns. While all she did was smile, all I did is mourn. While she was so happy, I felt so blue. Because while you loved her, I was loving you.

All I ever hear is what you whisper in her ear. All you ever say is how much you want her near. All I ever see is the things she makes you do, but all I ever wanted was for you to love me too.

Two teardrops were floating down the river. one tear drop said to other; I'm the teardrop of a girl who loved a man and lost him, n who r u? I'm a teardrop of a man who regret having let go of u.

What if I were to describe love? Then I would describe it as what snowman did to snowwoman. He gave her a warm hug, and they both melted in each others' arms.

They say that noisy people are not serious. But they never know that behind my happy smiles and joyous laughters are a thousand kinds of pain which I tried to hide eversince.

If you really love someone, you wouldn't have the heart to hurt that person no matter what it takes. You will always find a way to make her happy, because that is what constitutes love among people. You are overjoyed when you see her happy. That's true love. Seeing happiness in her eyes is enough to prove what love is.

I wonder why just when i learned to wait, it was when you never came. I wonder just when I learned to laugh, you made me cry. And just when I've learned to love you so much, it was when you walk away.

Three things in life when gone never come back: time, words and opportunity. Three things in life that should never be lost: peace, hope and honesty. Three things in life that are most valuable: love, faith and prayer. Three things in life that are never certain: dreams, success and fortune. Three things in life that make a person: hardwork, sincerity and commitment. Three things in life that can destroy a person: lust, pride and anger. Three things that are truly constant: change, death and God.

A guy and a girl where sitting side by side near the beach. The girl said, “I’m sorry, but… I think its best if you just forget about me. I still love him. We can never be.” It broke the guy’s heart and he said, "I'm sorry if you can't love me the way you loved the one before me, so I'll let you go to find him and hope someday, you'll see that the one true love you are looking for is the one who set you free.”

There was a blind girl who hate herself because of being blind. She hate everyone except her boyfriend. One day, the girl said that if she can only see the world, she will marry her boyfriend. One day, someone donated eyes to her and then, she saw everything including his boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her, "Now that you can see, will you marry me?" The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend is also blind, and she refused to marry him. Her boyfriend walks away with tears and said, "Just take care of my eyes." =(

A butterfly was in love with a white rose. One day, the butterfly proposed to the rose. The white rose told him that when she turns red, that's the only time she'll love him. The butterfly then fly, cut his body and spread his blood on the rose. The rose turned red and fell in love with the butterfly, but the butterfly was no longer alive. Love sacrifices are sometimes useless especially if that someone doesn't know how to appreciate. They will come to realize important things when it's already too late.

A cute love story: There was a little boy whose first love was a young girl in a picture which he found and picked from the street. As time went by, he got married, but still kept it. One day, the wife found it and asked, "Where did you get this?" The man said, "I kept that since I was a child, why?" The girl replied, "I lost this picture when I was 9..."

While Dad was polishing his new car, his four-year old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In his anger, Dad took the child's hand and hit it many times, not realizing he was using a wrench. At the hospital, his child said, "Dad, when will my fingers grow back?" Dad was so hurt. He went back to the car and kicked it a lot of times. Sitting back, he looked at the scratches the child made, it read... "I LOVE YOU DADDY"
